Why I chose this designation

When it comes to marketing and selling homes I have been told that it is all the same, regardless of the home.  When it comes to selling a luxury home, that is far from true.  Often there are luxury features that just don’t have a “standard” equivalent and will go unnoticed. Knowing the questions to ask a seller to find each of these hidden gems, and how to draw the appropriate attention to each feature is vital.  Otherwise, it just looks like an expensive home, rather than one packed with extras. Knowing the proper media to reach luxury buyers is a must, as is capturing the lifestyle offered by the home and relaying that to potential buyers. The same can be said for helping a customer looking to buy a luxury home. It isn’t just the desire to own an expensive home.
