Representing a buyer is more than just unlocking doors to homes and writing up an offer. There is a great number of details that go into studying the market to help a buyer make a fair offer so that they have a good chance of getting their offer accepted. Even though many customers have purchased and sold homes previously, laws change meaning their base of knowledge is obsolete. Since every state dictates their own regulations, a buyer’s previous transactions may not match up at all if they have moved to another state. Through vast experience, and the extra insights gleaned from this field of study, I am able to spot red flags that could become problematic and prepare my customers for what could happen and how to navigate through any trouble spots to their advantage.
